How many lives have been destroyed in the housing bubble so far? Who's idea was it again to start a housing bubble?, to suck folks into doing cash-out refi's?, to suck folks into buying junk mcmansions in depressing surburbia?, Who told folks there was NO such thing as a housing bubble? Who told folks housing can't go down? Who created option arms and other toxic financial crap and told folks it was a great way to buy real estate?

There's no end to this....how can there be when those responsible for the chaos are NOT held accountable, and further the loser financial institutions who pawned the toxic crap off on folks and destroyed their own companies are rewarded with taxpayer bailout money for doing such a great job.

> Or he was a coward and took the easy way out because he knew he would end up rotting in jail.

You mean he was not as brave as Madoff ? Or was he as coward as Lt. Col. Markinson from "A Few Good Men"? <G>
