I highly doubt that anything will change --- insofar as whatever they spend will *only* be based upon the funds that they receive from their member nations. (I.e., even if they expand 'special drawing rights' that 'currency' will be only a derivative of the dollars, yen, yuan, pounds, euros, etc. that are in their account... like a debit card, regardless of what currency you are using it to make a purchase with, is only good for what is in the card account holder's account.)
