Why certainly. Atheism kills because it replaces God with the state. If the state calls for death than it is okay.

You just have to change the wording these days. Say maybe the person isn't living well and is less than conscious or not as conscious as others.

Why not? Christians have to answer to the Crusades, which ended in 1272, i.e. eight centuries ago.

The acts of noted atheists such as Pol Pot, Chairman Mao, and Josef Stalin occurred just in the last century.
