It will pay after the contestable period expires....usually one to two years after issue.

Life insurance won't pay off on a suicide.

If the policy has been in place for more then 2 years they will pay. It's considered a mental illness.

Not true. There is usualy a waiting period...after which even suicide will not bar payment.
