Sonny, I have been very troubled by the stock markets behavior especially since Friday as you may have noticed serveral of my posts in the last few days have had a very negative opinion about the short term. I was particularly unconfortable with Intel making that off the wall comment about their Plant delay in Texas right at the time the Dow was rallying only to have all the gains wiped out and then for the Dow to suffer a 130+ point drop on a Friday.

I suspected serious trouble over the weekend as all those idiots were beating down an already fallen horse to death. The Hong Kong market overnight was the real nail to the coffin and the one thing that I did not like about today's market session is the fact that the market was closed to trading at 3:30pm, the first time this has happened since John Kennedy was president. I would have liked to see this the hysteria come to a finality on its own.

ON the brighter side, I see that a better and calmer stock market could happen sometime during the day tomorrow but the whole world is so spooked and emotions are manipulated by too many so called profits of doom and gloom. I cannot figure why the herds run and throw all their years of hard earned money down the drain trying to time the market. It is pityful that only a handful of people actually realize long term wealth by remaining calm, steadfast and committed for the long term. Either I am very wise due to many mistakes and hardknocks that I have sufferd along the way or I am just being plain stuipid with my philosphy. I guess in 5 or 10 years, we will know the answer.

Cheer up as I think we will soon see a reversal to calmer times

Enjoy your vacation and your life, as good health and happiness is the greatest wealth we can hope to have.

Best Wishes
Frank
