Al Queada didn't really exist in Iraq until we kicked all the Sunnis there out of the army and the government.

That left millions of Sunnis with NO jobs and NO future and plenty of Weapons. We never put enough troops in to guard all those old Saddam ammo dumps so they could just pick up whatever they needed for suicide bombers in their free time.

How big a deal was Hamas in 2000? I don't remember a lot of references to them during the peace talks before Clinton left office.

The same thing with Hezbollah. It wasn't till we IGNORED entreaties from Iran and got bogged down in Iraq that Iran really started pumping bucks and trainers into those organizations.

You say that Iran has ALWAYS been run by "nutjobs" but I don't remember any of those nutjobs RUSHING to refine uranium and build nukes BEFORE Bush came in and instigated everything.
