This people are the remnants of the Lost Decade when they had to leave Brazil to places where capital was hogged. Capital spreading more evenly, there is no need for them to stay in Japan. The women who married British men are relocating to Brazil -husbands and kids in tow- as we speak... It is the beauty of globalization people must move with the capital requirements. The descendants of Elroy will be working hsoulder to shoulder with pole climbers as the British men, Filipino and Lebanese today do.
