He is saying that renewable energy will be the winner and oil and coal will be the losers. That much is true.

AND Natural Gas.. If they won't permit oil drilling, they aren't going to permit drilling for natural gas.

And even YOU stated that we should be using more natural gas.

And btw.. it's not about getting away from oil. It's about finding a new energy resource, which is cost comparable to oil and preferably domestically produced.

If we discovered a Saudi sized oil field here in the US, I'd be all for exploiting it.
