One whole section of yesterday's WSJ was page after page on commercial loan defaults which had occurred, but also a bunch of projects due to come on line this summer with 0% occupancy. BAC holding the bag a couple of them in Atlanta, with Regions and WFC holding some others...I got the sense the commercial loan shoe (aka the other shoe to drop with/at the same time/after credit card defaults) had slipped from the fingers and was in air headed for the floor, soon to hit with a resounding thud...
