He hasn't the brain power to understand the cost/waste of such a program, not to mention the enormous fraud that is certain to be associated with it. The only purpose of the act is political indoctrination.

I have to give you credit for defending more governmental slough, waste and intrusions into life. Tell me how helping kids get the right start in life is a government intrusion into my life. You might think it government waste to help kids get the right start in life - instead of turning them into the streets to become crack heads and gang criminals which then turn into wards of the state - as government waste. I would rather call it an investment today that then allows these kids to contribute to society. Government intrusion into my life is government suggesting I can't have a gun.......or that my family doesn't have the right to make decision over their own body - read; abortion or right to die with dignity. Intrusion into my life is telling me which drug is legal by THE GOVERNMENTS definition - read; alcohol or pot. Intrusion into my life is GOVERNMENT defining marriage rather than me or my church. Intrusion into my life by helping kids turn around their lives - oh my gosh!
