I don't think you can prosecute an official for approving robbing a bank if the President OK's it. Much less a verbal.

I heard Mark Levin yesterday say bring the prosecutions on. He and a lot of other lawyers are itching to take it on for free. Said he's salivating over the prospect of deposing Obama officials about whether they influenced the prosecutors to bring this action. That and thousands of other things the Obamaites would prefer to keep secret.

Rice approved? So did San Fran Nan.

Here's my prediction: No one will be prosecuted.

The backlash has already begun.

San Fran Nan and Dirty Harry Reid were fully briefed on waterboarding and other so-called torture techniques. If Obamatrons want to go down that road, it will take out half the government, possibly including his own Veep.

IMO, Obama just wants the focus on Bush for cover to displace scrutiny of Obama's other activities. But if the blowback from
the republicans is sufficient, he'll be scared off.

Yeah, maybe he'll appoint some blue ribbon panel to placate Soros and the others who own him, but he won't press the prosecution.

All he really cares about is Obama Obama Obama.
That, and controlling the news cycle.
