Hi zinger: This stock is a keeper for me; it's up 275% in 4 weeks. It's a service that provides on-site rapid-feed to anywhere on this planet using the technology that's probably patented. It's up today rather nicely. Yesterday it was up by $2.20!! Just can't keep this one down..

Stan Grad Appointed INTERSAT Director
CALGARY, ALBERTA--Interprovincial Satellite Services Ltd.
(INTERSAT), is pleased to announce that Mr. Stan Grad has joined
its board of directors.
Mr. Grad is a veteran of and prominent player in the Canadian oil
and gas industry, bringing a wealth of experience in oil and gas
operations and public company finance and administration to
INTERSAT. He was formerly the President and CEO of Grad & Walker
Energy Corporation, an oil and gas exploration and production
company which he founded. Grad & Walker reached the TSE 300 index
prior to its sale in July 1997 to Crestar Energy.
Mr. Conrad Porth has resigned from the INTERSAT board to pursue
other business interests. Mr. Porth was an early shareholder in
Intersat and an important contributor to its success.
INTERSAT is a leading developer and value-added provider of fax,
data and voice communication hardware, software and services to
the industry, using satellite and internet as communications
media. INTERSAT's primary satellite customer base and core
business is with Canadian and international oil and gas customers,
but also includes the mining, utlities, environmental and public
sectors.
Recently, INTERSAT also announced the development of an internet
fax machine-to-fax machine fax service. Progress is continuing in
the entrenchment of relationships with major communications
equipment manufacturers, office equipment distributors and
international internet service providers.
