Mish, at what point is this priced in?

The recession can't last forever. Eventually producers wise-up...we're already seeing inventory being slashed and production sitting idle while demand has stabilized.

At some point, some type of economic activity will have to occur simply to supply demand - even if it has a lower equilibrium - and the industrial production prints, PMI's, etc. will get people bullish.

I'm not saying the government's actions are good or that Bernanke isn't sowing a greater problem for the future or even that the effects of stimulus will last more than 12-18 months.

But in the here and now, it appears that the reflation trade has taken hold and the money will be made in Emerging Markets and commodities, IMO.
