They keep saying this, but they conveniently forget how shut out, how totally marginalized the (D)'s were from 2002 - 2006. The (R)'s wouldn't even give them a room for public hearings..

This is bullshit.

Pelosi could, like Harman, have come out against it at the time. But she didn't. All she had to do was to walk out before the media and make her statement.
