Paul In your view, what % of professionals in your field that you would consider doing business with on a handshake and KNOW the deal was done w/o equivocation? Mine is real estate and I have less than 5 people I know that i can do that with and trust them with a surety that there will be no changes. Politics, business, war, entitlements...pretty much all the entrapments of modern society have a great impact on my business decisions as well as Global Economic Trend Analysis.. In my opinion, these factors have at least as much impact on my decisions for investment as rate of return. That is because I consider risk as the overarching factor well beyond rate of return. If you have a different view, I would like to hear it
