To be perfectly honest with you, I believe most people who are called atheist or allow themselves to be called atheist (as I do) are in fact agnostic.....it's too difficult to communicate with strong believers who can't get past the bible..... And I accept the definition that an agnostic simply does not claim to "know" who or what created the universe.....But they usually do not believe in a personal god.... I think you're making the definition too complicated.....we don't need an Intelligent Designer to define agnosticism.... I tend to use secular or secular humanism these days..
