I've read the things he said in a debate and he spoke of cruelty in the world and of believers, just as I said earlier.

And yes, thats a version of or related to the ancient "problem of evil". Ancient because it goes back at least to the ancient Greek philosophers like Epicurus and to the book of Job and Ecclesiastes in the Bible.

BTW even atheists are admitting that William Lane Craig "Won by a Landslide" Against Hitchens. Course the atheist who runs the blog thinks he coulda done better.
