Why is it SO important that waterboarding not be considered torture? Because Bush knew about waterboarding, and knew about it when he said "We don't torture". So, that would be a LIE.

It's right there with Clinton telling us "I did not have SEX with that woman." Because what Clinton and Monica did could not have produced a child, so, it was not SEX.

Of course, Clinton was lying about a personal matter, and Bush was lying about torturing in America's name.
