who was waterboarded 166 times? For seconds at a time. You said only 2 or 3 guys for 2 or 3 seconds.... There were exactly 3 guys. I never said for "2 or 3 seconds". The waterboarding was typically under 30 seconds and in the longest sustained event it was something like 180 seconds. What about the prisoners who were hung by their arms and hands for days on end? That might be, had it occurred. There is no evidence that any CIA interrogation involved such events, however, at least none that I've seen. And I feel certain we'd have heard about it were it true.
