Oh, My! All of that sounds just so lovely! And a porch even! I've been back there and you will not be too far from two of my sisters....and also good friends who are near Winston .... I like the people there very much, and while we haven't been there in the big heat of summer, I must say that Sept and October were both lovely when we were there. You guys aren't letting any grass grown under your feet and are getting the things so that you can 'nest'....WHAT FUN!

Know you will enjoy a closed in screened porch in the summer. Let us know how it is coming!

When I bought our 5 acres I wanted to build a pond in the ditch. Had the ag extension guy out and he said not enough area drained into it to keep a pond full so we fenced off the 4 acres so my wife could have horses. Turned out that 300 acres he didn't figure in drained into that ditch.
