They need to get over it. Just as Blacks need to get over Slavery. (although if I were Black I'd be concerned about what takes place in the ME, Asia and on the African continent as it is my understanding that slavery is still alive and well)

Just as my forefathers got over the discrimination and poverty they experienced in America when the Irish need not apply. Or when my forefathers where subjected to slavery in Europe.
