Right. And this is one of the areas where his treatment of Bush could backfire if he is not careful. He is already being called a 'war criminal' because some innocents were killed by US soldiers in a raid last week. Where did that 'war criminal' crap start? It started as partisan crap thrown at Bush. This is the reason I think some of his actions are just a result of inexperience. This decision on the memos simply wasn't thought through, and not only is it going to come back to bite the country, it is very likely to cause Obama himself trouble. This really would have been a no-brainer for any president I can remember. You don't just walk out and spill your guts for no reason like this.
