re BAX and BDX -
BDX looks cheaper to me than BAX. I tend to look at EV/EBITDA ratio first to adjust for leverage. BDX balance sheet is better than BAX so leverage adjusted it's cheaper, IMO. Also BDX is the best name in analytical equipment imo. I do think that reduced hospital capex will have some limited impact, for example TMO did get hit and had to reduce guidance. If BDX goes a little lower, I'd be a buyer.
