<Some are and Gould's an example. You should read what guys like Dennett and Dawkins had to say about Gould.>

But there is always disagreement in Science. And you'd expect especially abrassive things to come from abbrassive people. Scientists aren't 'special'.

<Some people have an agenda to establish it as firmly as possible and are willing engage in falsehood to do it. >

Who?

<The textbook issue is politicized and there are people on both sides making it so.>

But publishers have the last say, no? Are you saying publishers knowingly print falsities... or are they just going along with someone elses agenda because they don't know?

<The National Center for Science Education is led by people like Barbara Forrest and Eugenie Scott, who are militant atheists and leaders of secular humanist associations.>

Don't know about them... but from Wiki it was a group specifically formed BECAUSE of the creationist movemnet, no? I would expect wacko creationists to attract "militants" on the other side... is that a suprise? Don't wacko's attract each other?

Further, what does that have to do with textbooks??? Are you saying they have the power to dictate specifics of teachings in textbooks?
