Right before the 35k sell that you noted, there was a 20k sell at 13 7/8's Big Boys are indeed out there. Bid just dropped below 14.

bob, When trades come less than a minute after the bid is raised, I don't think that you can safely assume the trade was a sell. I believe that was the case for the 35k and 25k you mentioned. Although they went off at the bid price, less than a minute before the execution, the bid price was lower than the trade.
