BG looking cheap again here at around 53$. They will receive proceeds of about 3.5B$ for their Brazilian fertilizer business ~20$/cash/share) and it seems that everybody expects them to do something stupid, probably acquire CPO and overpay dearly. S&Pee slapped a 2** star rating on it. Go figure. PE is around 9-10X (even considering the recent miss) and P/B<1. I think it looks a hell lot better than VT.TO in just about any metric. Buy after they announced their stupid acquisition that everybody is waiting for.
