The Q lawsuit you refer to was an aberration but an ultimately salutary one because it led to the resolution the important legal issues. Like all good lawyers, the new ones seem to be working themselves out of a job.

If your advice had been followed, Q would have never learned what a rotten bunch of legal beagles it had. Consequently, there would have been no global settlement of all claims. These settlements will ultimately be more significant than the Ericsson deal.

You might also recall my astute observations concerning the case. I smelled big trouble on day one. I think Q should have hired me as its legal oracle.
