Also the position FDR took.

....you are endorsing the idea that any action is legal as long as the administration in charge says it is

Nope. I've been over it several times for you. You don't seem to be able to understand my position since you repeatedly spit some vile false allegation back at me but I don't mind repeating myself here.

An action is legal if the entity with jurisdiction over the action judges it that way, especially in a Constitutional nation of law. If the Administration, or someone in the Administration breaks the laws of the land they should be held accountable for it. I've never endorsed any thing less.

"....that's the position Bush took

He obeyed the law as he is obligated to do. It was not law he created, as you falsely claim. Your vile personal attacks based on this premise are unfounded. No one in America is entitled to do any less than abide by the law and determining whether or not a law was broken is the only legitimate method of determining the legality of an action.

"...and the position that Hitler took...."

Hitler's conduct was reprehensible and he got his butt kicked for committing atrocities, not for following the law.

"It's good to be the King, isn't it????

I wouldn't know. Feel free to supplement anything you have to say with snide and irrelevant remarks.

"Your problem is you have no conscience, leaving your moral decisions to be decided by the positions of your political party....."

Not true, I am a registered independant and do not follow a party doctrine of thought, I think things through independantly. You, on the other hand, can not make the same claim. I have an active and healthy conscience and my moral decisions are made according to good conscience. Which is entirely irrelevant to the question of whether or not it was legal to use waterboarding at the time it was used and in the manner it was used during the Bush Administration.

"...you're a poor excuse for a human being."

Considering the source (a pathological liar with no visible standard of morality), that is about as meaningful as the filthy names you call me on a regular basis. It is only meaningful in revealing flaws in your character and/or as it can be attributed to your years of self induced stupor.
