"ot true, I am a registered independant and do not follow a party doctrine of thought, I think things through independantly.' LOL....perhaps you can refer me to some liberal view you hold...

An action is legal if the entity with jurisdiction over the action judges it that way, especially in a Constitutional nation of law. The entity with jurisdiction in a "Constitutional nation of law" is the judiciary branch, not the executive branch. You seem to be having a little trouble with that. Instead you're taking the Nixonian: "when the president does it that means that it is not illegal" position, which is false, and in fact anti-American... SD
