NZ is already joined up with Oz, with many commonalities, and was even fully part of Oz and both of Great Britain, back in the day. But NZ can't afford Oz. We could buy Mongolia with stock [one for one tradable citizenships]. We'd need
to do due diligence to ensure the minerals are present as promised.

With a good federal constitution, we could combine Oz, NZ, Mongolia and maybe throw in a few more too.
