Probably news about swine flu. All the mask plays have been moving. The problem here with EMFP is that they are operating on a financial shoestring and have not been able to get their product approved as safe. There is a real fear that their nano particles could be unsafe with respect to respiratory and cellular issues. The company has not provided any guidance as to when there may be some resolution to these issues and the financial issues are probably being held hostage.

The issues of the relationship with APNN and who owns what with respect to patents and technological processes confuse the issues. They were supposed to merge but even that was left up in the air. Paper shuffle could not save them.

Not saying it's not a good speculative play with the swine flu headlines, but be very careful as this one has disappointed more than made happy those who jumped in the past.
