Horse poop!

I worked in an ammonia plant. In that process CO2 is removed from syngas. It is a necessary step and part of the cost of ammonia. In an intergrated facility some of the CO2 is used to make urea and some liquid CO2 and dry ice.

CO2 is in such a waste product that some value is derived from. The CO2 is captured from a concentrated stream of syn gas (H2 and CO) and CO2.

This is a whole different world than a power plant.

Go look it up!
