Mormons would never do that! They remain constantly prepared for biblical holocausts. They have grain stored in silos all over the state, even though all good Mormons are supposed to be personally prepared for the end times. They run budget surpluses year after year, good year and bad. Ten should live here - he might have some respect for government!


We do have a rainy day reserve account.....I guess a 'spillover' from Mormon Idaho.

Seriously, we typically have budget surpluses year after year but revenues dropped off so significantly in the Fall that all the projections were shredded. I've got to believe Utah is having a similar problem.....no one could have predicted the size of the drop. It was unprecedented.
