Sandisk currently has 24,986,000 shares. After the secondary of 3M shares, Sandisk will have 25,720,573 shares, so does that mean most of the shares that will be sold on the secondary will come from the current outstanding shares (that are currently locked probably)? Why is there no insider sales? There isn't much dillution if less than one million shares get added to the outstanding. Could someone shed some light into this? I don't get it.
