Obama housing plan: Demolish old houses. Construct brick and mortar on the states affected by hurricanes and tornadoes. Give incentive for people who do not have the means to replace their houses.

This creates whole new industry and put americans to laying bricks and ceramics factories will spring up all overthe country to make clay bricks. Insurance premium will go down dramatically.
