TJ was ascribing value to a good. He said that good, going down in prices, taxed like Benwood's and given it intrinsic quality was not worth having.

It wasa good posting sicne it makes us think.

If a person is going to put "park" some money in a good that is used to shelter him, he had better consider:
--Taxation
--Maintenance costs
--Depreciation
--Infation

In the US there is a big stock of unsold houses, that point to deflation of the houses
There are not population growth to eat it up into the
Taxation is too high
Maintenance costs are also high labors costs and type of construction
