Agreed... I see it a a MUCH bigger problem in every day life... ie. all the products, medicine, pollution, etc. being spewed out by industry that aren't naturually occuring. All biological systems are INCREDIBLY subtle (as you pointed out with the cell link) AND incredibly specific with the information/molecules/etc. that it can use, will use, recognizes, and all that. What you ingest in todays food & medicine is chock full unnatural isomers, compounds, etc. In 50 years people will look back agast at what people didn't understand and what has been going on on the planet. Science and scientific medicine certainly has a "Frankenstein" aspect to it...
