RR! The Red beans turned out great.... Ever had that good ole crawdad juice running down your forearms We use to have the crawfish festival come through here every year.....Now I don't know. I never did suck a crawfish but my husband put the hurt on 'em. I love raw oysers and don't know why I can't get with the crawfish.....even though they are already cooked. :-) Maybe next time. My other favorite La. food that I cook is the "New Orleans Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce".....by the way you might like it also. I use Crown Royal in my sauce. :-) dealer
