Peter, I don't remember hearing about that. Can you tell me what you base that on?

N. Korea may not have the power to "destroy" the U.S., but it would seem they have the power to destroy Japan and S. Korea, along with at least 50K of our troops.

I think THAT'S a situation worthy of some "intelligent" diplomacy.

You seem to think that N. Korea is somehow LESS a threat after 8 years of Bush than it was before he came into office. I really fail to see the logic in that.
