Where is your government hospital? Why is it a government hospital? Right here in the good old USA. Seeeee, as soon as you add government you find it obnoxcious. It's not. If government all around you is as ugly as you say get involved and change things at least at the local level. .......When I compare the utlities I get as to those that are government and those that are corporate there is no comparison. We have the absolute worst telephone service in the world and have you ever tried to call Dish network when you TV doesn't work? OMG, what a bunch of clowns. OTOH, my mail service is fantastic and our electricity is unbelievably cheap and reliable. There really is NO comparison at least where I live.
