aj, i don't think he does. let them go unpaid. that's capitalism, right?

you not only make a bet on which way something goes, but on the ability of the "bookie" to pay off.

if you lose, you lose, no?

that's tough medicine, but not nearly as tough as as, if you lose you win, but those who didn't even play lose.

this is all about picking the ultimate loser - and the choice of government is to make the loser the common man, not the oligarchs.
