Obama's not perfect, no doubt, but he's doing a lot of good. We'd already be in a Great Depression, if it wasn't for his team's efforts to avoid one. That cost money, which we've borrowed from the future, but a lot of pain was avoided as a result. There's a price to pay for everything, though, and we'll pay it with the coming inflation.

We'd better hope that the US gets its act together and takes advantage of the next big engine of economic growth, which is renewable energy. That's the only way we'll grow out of this mess. Obama understands that and is bending his entire political apparatus towards making that happen. I'm behind him 95% when it comes to renewable energy...the 5% is because I'm against cap and trade and prefer a gas tax.
