I've repeatedly and thoroughly explained to you that my personal opinion of what constitutes torture or what I would approve of or disapprove of as coercive techniques is irrelevant to what would apply as 'breaking the law'. You have repeatedly and with great pride, demonstrated your inability to grasp that basic premise to human consideration. The only question I have answered wrt waterboarding is whether or not Bush broke the law or lied. He did neither.
