Fox sticking with schedule instead of Obama

NEW YORK – The Fox network is sticking with its regular schedule over President Barack Obama this week.

The network is turning down the president's request to show his prime-time news conference on Wednesday. The news conference marks Obama's 100th day in office. Instead of the president, Fox viewers will see an episode of the Tim Roth drama "Lie to Me."

It's the first time a broadcast network has refused Obama's request. This will be the third prime-time news conference in Obama's presidency. ABC, CBS and NBC are airing it.

>> It's no stretch or twist of logic to know waterboarding is indeed torture

The more important debate is whether it saved American lives and if so, how many.

What we know is that Obama has conveniently refused to release THAT information because it is "classified", while releasing the details of interrogations.

Of course, the interrogation details were far more damaging to the nation than would be the release of the redacted information.

Bottom line is these bums are killing American soldiers for political gain. This is at the very least, treason on the part of the president.

To followup on longandshorts question, why don't the Democratic Congress and Obama adm pass a law clearly defining waterboarding as torture and outlawing it?

"That was a flippant, sarcastic remark on my part. And you should be smart enough to know the DOJ is not the definitive authority on what constitutes torture. Is this your lack of knowledge or lack of integrity on display?"

Hogwash. If you are going to preach to us about Intellectual honesty, try modeling a smidgeon of it your self.
