Funny how a reddish/purplish state is following CA's lead and not jumping on the offshore drilling bandwagon quite so quickly.

Just two weeks ago, the governor of TX was talking secession because Obama's fed. gov't stinks; yesterday the sorry dude demanded that Obama release more anti viral medication to TX. Who knew the governor of TX was bipolar.
