Sergio, We went public about 150 years ago and now we are looking to buy out either Minnesooota or one of the Dakoootas. Can't decide which we should make an offer on but in the mean time I am working on my accent. That way they will be able to understand what I am trying to say. Without the accent it does not matter how loud or slow you talk they just kind of tilt their head and look at you. LOL. Portfolio is doing OK. Can't complain. Joe

U. of San Diego is a small Catholic school. I don't know if they require chapel every a.m. My kid brother went to U.C. Santa Barbara because he was a surfer and the ocean came right up to the campus. Good vibes there too but not a metroplex with a pro football or baseball team---important things in the world. If you were avoiding Federal charges, I might be able to help you cuzz of my previous employment with the Bureau of Prisons.
