So, now it's NOT torture again? You just said earlier that you could see how some people regard it as torture. Which is it? Is Ten wrong? A bad wingnut that jumped off the crazy train?

If the president has some in-his-pocket shysters rule something illegal as legal, can he do ANYTHING he wants in your America?

That's correct. Waterboarding is not torture. Even though to left wing nutjobs think it is, they weren't in control of the White House. It wasn't their call.
