The language is right there in the Convention he and bentpig have cited....and yet....still they insist it is torture...partisan whackos.

I would have no problem with torture applied to these individuals in the circumstances.

I appreciate your honesty.

Now all you have to do is reconcile your position with the one where we're a nation of laws and no one is above the law.
