At the bottom line, this is going to come out. The fact that the Democrat leadership approved it all. The fact that most people, under the circumstances, would have approved it. The fact that hundreds, if thousands, of American lives were saved by it. All this comes out, and the Ds are going to look like fools.

All you have to do is clap a little louder, you're almost there...

You haven't been doing much reading or listening in the last week or so....

"The fact that the Democrat leadership approved it all."

Actually, it seems that the CIA lied in the congressional leadership briefings. Another investigation..

As a non-attorney, I've really wondered about the fact AQ isn't a signatory to any of these agreements.

Iraq isn't a signatory either. So according to dumbshit-make-believe attorney JLA, we can torture them with impunity.

Except Article 2 makes it clear how bogus such an assertion would be:

No exceptional circumstances whatsoever, whether a state of war or a threat of war, internal political in stability or any other public emergency, may be invoked as a justification of torture.

"The other guys is an asshole" just isn't an exception.

Oh well. Great try though...
