I've repeatedly made the point that there is a difference in the legal definition of torture and what qualified during the Bush admin vs what individuals may hold as an opinion about torture.

The legal case you present against Bush fails, in addition there is clear inconsistancy on your part wrt principle, which is obviously based in partisan hatred (one of the dopey-est excuses I can imagine to hate other people).

I don't do that. When strangers on the internet conduct themselves in unprincipled and illogical manner in order to bash others I occasionally call them on it. You on the other hand submit personal attacks which are simply expressions of hate founded only in the afore mentioned partisan hatred, or perhaps founded in you embarrassment in being exposed when presenting flawed arguments.
